World Leaders Pledge Support for New Libya

World leaders have given their full backing to Libya's new leadership at talks in Paris.

The so-called "Friends of Libya" agreed that NATO will continue to protect civilian lives. And 15 billion dollars of Libyan assets will be unfrozen by attending countries.

But there was criticism of Arab League members from the Emir of Qatar, who said they should have done more.
