In Parliament, MPs began debating a bill that could provide hope for witnesses in the highly anticipated investigations of the post election violence. The Witness Protection Bill, seeks to create an agency that would shield persons with important information from risk or intimidation. NTVs Richard Chacha with the fine print of the proposed law that comes just days before the International Criminal Court begins its probe in Kenya.
