Troops in Sudan have been ordered to show no mercy to rebel fighters.

Al Jazeera has obtained a video clearly showing the Governor of Southern Kordofan ordering army soldiers to take no prisoners. Ahmed Harun tells the men "don't bring them back alive".

Harun is already wanted by the International Criminal Court (ICC) for crimes against humanity.
