Citizens Assess Performance of 9th Parliament

The Citizens assessment of the 9th Parliament indicates that it has in the first year performed better than the 8th Parliament scoring 60 percent in-terms of its various roles which includes legislation and oversight. These are the findings of a report released today by Uganda National NGO forum titled the 'parliament watch bulletin' which also cited different factors that have hindered parliament from performing even better.
