2011 Caines Prize Winner and author of We Need New Names, Zimbabwean NoViolet Bulawayo is also the reciepient of the prestigious Hemingway Foundation/Pen Award. She has been nominated numerous times and also has won others, with one of them latest being Etisalat African Award for Literature. She also recieved an award for her short story Hitting Budapest.
