Members of the Democratic Alliance have started gathering in the Cape Town CBD for a march to Parliament, to demand that government provides more funding for higher education. The march precedes the Medium-Term Budget speech Wednesday afternoon. Our reporter, Vanessa Poonah is covering this for us and she joins us live from that march.
