Prosection Chief Shaun Abrahams Gets to Keep His Job

After waiting for months to hear his fate, the National Director of Public Prosecutions, Shaun Abrahams, will remain in his post. President Jacob Zuma had asked him for reasons why he should not be suspended. Abrahams was heavily criticised for allowing charges to be brought against the Finance Minister, Pravin Gordhan, which were subsequently withdrawn.
