Zambia: Expectant Mothers, Children Among Cholera Patients ...As Death Toll Keeps Rising

EIGHT pregnant women and 15 children are among the 80 cholera patients admitted to Lusaka's Levy Mwanawasa Hospital, hospital superintendent Charles Muntemba has confirmed.

Dr Muntemba said this when Vice-President W.K Mutale-Nalumango visited the facility to deliver New Year's Day baby hampers to mothers with newly born babies in Lusaka yesterday.
