Uganda's Besigye Takes Centre Stage

On the day President Yoweri Museveni is due to be sworn in as president, extending his 25 years in power by another five years, his former comrade-in-arms, Kizza Besigye, is the centre of attention. After Besigye was blocked from boarding an aircraft home in Nairobi, Ugandans were more interested in his whereabouts than the inauguration.
