Inflows From Migrants to Hit U.S. $351 Billion

Remittance flows to developing countries are expected to total U.S. $351 billion in 2011, according to a World Bank brief on global migration and remittances.

Migrants risk their lives travelling to Europe in over-crowded and unseaworthy vessels to escape persecution or for better prospects.
