Kenya: Airport Reopens After Plane Mishap
Nairobi's airport resumed operations after hours of travel delays caused by an Egypt Air flight from Cairo that veered off the runway while landing.

The Kenya Airports Authority said the plane was carrying 123 passengers from Cairo, when it overshot the runway.

The press release of EgyptAir did not say that much anyway. It said that the Egyptian Civil Aviation Authority is in continuous contact with Nairobi Airport for the sake of knowing the reasons behind the incident. EgyptAir is supposed to have firsthand information about the incident from its pilot flying its airplane. Now, will you, the captain of Airbus A320 with registration SU-GBG and performing flight MS849, tell us something about what happened just before and after touchdown of your aircraft?
