Inter-Ethnic Killings in Kenya Were Planned - Rights Group
A series of attacks between warring pastoralist and farming communities, which left more than 100 people dead and nearly 20,000 displaced, were part of a coordinated plan, according to the Kenya National Commission on Human Rights.
