Kenya's Chief Legal Advisor on Election Law Loophole

The chief government legal advisor Prof. Githu Muigai is seeking Supreme Court's advice on the election. Currently the constitution does not provide for a solution in the event there is no clear simple majority winner in Presidential election.

Attorney General Githu Muigai has rushed to court to seal a loophole in Presidential election law.
