Civilians Killed in Battles Between DR Congo Army, Rebels

Fighting has flared between government and rebel forces near the eastern city of Goma, resulting in the deaths of civilians. The renewed attacks have been slammed by humanitarian agencies, with the UN saying it wants to "remind all parties to the conflict that the indiscriminate or deliberate attack against civilians is a war crime".
