South African Appeals Court Jails Fraudster for 15 Years

The Supreme Court of Appeal has overturned a previous decision by the Western Cape High Court that sentenced former Fidentia boss J Arthur Brown to either a R150,000 fine or suspended jail term for the disappearance of over R1 billion owed to 47 000 widows and orphans of mine workers.
