African Union Focuses on Empowering Women

Ahead of the arrival of African heads of state - including Nigeria's Muhammadu Buhari and Kenya's Uhuru Kenyatta but excluding Egypt's President Abdul Fattah el Sisi - for the African Union summit, the focus was on the empowerment of women.
