Botswana Govt Loses Battle to Ban Gay Group
A five-judge bench at the Court of Appeals has ruled that the Lesbians, Gays and Bisexuals of Botswana organisation can now carry out political lobbying.
The Court of Appeal has reaffirmed that the refusal to register LEGABIBO was both irrational and in violation of the right to freedom of association.
