Ugandan President Feeling Insecure - Besigye

Opposition leader Kizza Besigye says President Yoweri Museveni is insecure to the extent of not trusting his driver and bodyguard. This comes after a picture showing Museveni seated by the roadside speaking on a cellphone went viral on social media platforms.
