South African Art Removed After Being Mistaken for 'Graffiti'

A temporary installation featuring the work of artist Monique Pelser, who endured a five-month application process for a public art permit, on the popular Sea Point Promenade in Cape Town has been removed by officials who mistook her artwork for graffiti.
