Nigerian Army Clears Officers of War Crimes

A special board set up by the army has said found its soldiers not guilty of the extrajudicial killing of members of the Indigenous People of Biafra and Boko Haram.Amnesty International in its report had alleged cases of arbitrary arrests, unlawful detention, torture, forced disappearance and extrajudicial executions against military officers.
