Global Conference Combats Rise in Cancer, Diabetes & Other #NCDs

Heart and lung ailments, cancers, diabetes and other noncommunicable diseases (NCDs) are spreading rapidly in Africa and across the world. The World Health Organization hosted a Global Conference on NCDs in Uruguay 18-20 October 2017 to promote preventing and treating NCDs. The AllAfrica global platform on NCDs was launched during the meeting.
