Ugandan Flying Squad Storm Police Commissioner's Home, Arrest Him

The police have arrested controversial District Police Commander Muhammad Kirumira, a day after he said he would resign. Kirumira was scheduled to appear before a tribunal today, where he faces charges of torture, extortion, corruption, bribery, unlawful arrests and abuse of authority.
