Is the Hague Court Trying to Revive Kenyan Leaders' Cases?

The International Criminal Court has assigned judges to review the collapsed case against Kenya's President Uhuru Kenyatta, Deputy President William Ruto and former journalist Joshua Sang for the 2008 post election violence in which over 1000 people died and for which they were accused of orchestrating.
