CORD, Jubilee lock horns over electoral law

A special sitting of the national assembly was this morning delayed for hours after CORD MPs barricaded the speaker's path arguing the sitting was unconstitutional. According to CORD, the purported debate on the election laws (amendment) 2016 was a spent bullet as it was passed under the directions of their principals. Jubilee insist the law is faulty.
