Parliament to Hear Submissions on South African Land Reform Plans
Theo Boshoff of Agri Business, Grain South Africa's Jannie de Villiers and the Alliance for Rural Development's Constance Mogale will be the first to make oral presentations to Parliament on the possible review of Section 25 of the Constitution to make way for the expropriation of land without compensation.
