South African Intervention a Silver Bullet for Zimbabwe's Crisis?

If President Cyril Ramaphosa fails to stop the "ongoing human rights violations" on Zimbabweans, allegedly by president Emmerson Mnangagwa's government, opposition party the Democratic Alliance warned that they will approach the International Criminal Court. This comes after Finance Minister Tito Mboweni disclosed a plan during an interview that South Africa plans to extend short-term credit to Zimbabwe and also help write off its US$7.4-billion external debt.
