Criminals Abroad Don't Represent Nigeria's Values - Buhari
President Muhammadu Buhari has said that a few Nigerians abroad indulging in criminal activities do not represent the values of the country. Buhari's assertion came a week after the FBI listed Nigerians as part of massive fraud schemes. He spoke at a meeting with leaders of the Nigerian Community living in Japan on the sidelines of the Seventh Tokyo International Conference on African Development.
