Spread of Fake News Violates Rwanda, Uganda Peace Deal

A source has reportedly slammed reports of President Paul Kagame meeting with Ugandan opposition leader KIzza Besigye during his trip to the United States. The fake news comes at a time when Rwanda and Uganda are trying to mend their relations after signing an agreement in Luanda.
