Kenya: Sonko Freed on Bail, Barred From Accessing His Offices

The court has barred Mike Sonko and his co-accused persons from traveling outside its jurisdiction, with anti-corruption court magistrate Douglas Ogoti issuing explicit orders to the Director of Immigration Department to ensure Sonko does not travel outside the country. They have also been ordered to deposit their passports and any other travel documents in court.
