Malawi Ruling Party Wants ConCourt Judges Probed Over Poll Ruling

The ruling Democratic Progressive Party has called on the Anti-Corruption Bureau to investigate the five judges who presided over the presidential election petition, annulled the election and called for fresh elections within 150 days. In their ruling, the judges cited the widespread use of unauthorised correction fluid to alter figures, the use of duplicate result sheets and unsigned results forms as cases that compromised the outcome of the vote.
