A team formed to investigate the cause of the helicopter crash that killed the late Internal Security Minister Prof. George Saitoti and his Assistant Minister Orwa Ojode together with four police officers will formally begin its work on Monday next week. Prime Minister Raila Odinga has announced more names to the original five, including aviation experts from France and South Africa, in a thirteen member team to be headed by court of appeal judge, Justice Kalpana Rawal. And as Hussein Mohamed reports, what raises eyebrows is the team's terms of reference which are not only centered on the crash, but have been extended to include the procurement and maintenance of the ill fated helicopter.
