There was confusion over a move by Members of Parliament to widen further the window for party hoping ahead of the forthcoming General Election with constitutional experts terming it a misdirected move. Some lawyers feel the mover, Chepalungu Member Isaac Ruto may have confused between requirements for those seeking elective seats and those who may want to be on the list of possible nominated Members of Parliament.
