Ebola Vaccines to Start in DR Congo on Sunday

The World Health Organization says the risk of an Ebola outbreak in the Democratic Republic of the Congo is very high. But it's stopped short of calling it an international public health emergency. Forty-five confirmed and suspected cases have been reported in the country's northwest. Al Jazeera's Homara Choudhary has more.
