Sudan Crackdown Extends to Media & Opposition
The United States and the United Nations have condemned Sudan's government for its 'heavy handed' detentions of Khartoum University students, journalists and opposition figures over the course of a ten day crackdown on demonstrations that originated in response to government austerity measures.
