Lusaka Killings Rekindle Fears of Zambia's Past

While government has vowed to clamp down on the criminals behind the deaths of five women in Lusaka, the killings has evoked sad memories of the past when 29 young women were strangled after being raped, writes Potipher Tembo for The Times of Zambia.
