As the build-up towards the fifth BRICS summit due to be held in Durban, South Africa in March, gets under way in Limpopo, Minister in the Presidency for Performance Monitoring and Evaluation, Collins Chabane says it's important to harness the potential of the African continent at summits like BRICS.
