Could Zimbabwe Hold a Credible Election?

In less than a fortnight, Zimbabweans will be casting their votes amidst speculation over the likelihood of a free and fair poll. Meanwhile the Constitutional Court has postponed an early voting hearing in which Prime Minister Morgan Tsvangirai sought to nullify the votes by security officers, citing rigging concerns.
