Justice for Kenya's Post-Election Violence Victims?

Justice for victims of Kenya's 2008 post-election violence was one of the central objectives of the settlement of the ensuing crisis which was negotiated by a team headed by former United Nations secretary-general Kofi Annan. Now there are fears around the future of the International Criminal Court case against Kenyan political leaders, and over whether the recommendations of a report by the Truth, Justice and Reconciliation Commission will be implemented.
