Ugandan Police Planted Weapons on Royal Guards - Witness
A witness is saying that the weapons found in the hands of King Charles Wesley Mumbere's guards were placed there by police. More than 60 people were killed during an attack the government says was sparked by royal guards attacking Uganda Peoples' Defence Forces officers.
