Shock Over U.S$8,50 Prize for Zimbabwe's Miss Deaf Winner
Chiedza Hukuimwe was crowned Miss Deaf 2017 after beating 13 other contestants. Organisers of the event have said that the pageant was suffering from financial constraints.
