Natural Resources Tops Agenda As Africa Security Forum Opens

The sixth Tana High-level Forum on Security in Africa has started in Ethiopia with the country's Prime Minister Hailemariam Desalegn's message: "Unless we manage our natural resources properly, they will become a source of contention".
