The BBC's Stephen Sackur grilled Zambia's main opposition party leader Hakainde Hichilema, asking him why he should contest elections again after having lost five times. The United Party for National Development has in the past rejected the 2016 presidential election result, claiming the electoral commission had colluded to rig the vote against Hichilema.
