Ugandan Activists Want Sudan's Bashir Arrested During State Visit

President Yoweri Museveni says he has asked his Sudanese counterpart Omar al-Bashir to convince Arab investors to invest in Uganda. Bashir, who is on a two-day official visit to Uganda, is wanted by the International Criminal Court for crimes against humanity.
