Has China Been Spying on the AU ... for 5 Years?

The Chinese government gifted the African Union headquarters in Addis Ababa in 2012, but has allegedly been downloading information from the continental body's servers ever since, according to a report by major French newspaper Le Monde. The Chinese government has called the allegations "preposterous".
