Minister Malusi Gigaba delivered his first mid-term budget speech in Parliament Wednesday. This after the country faces its lowest tax downfall since 2009. Minister Gigaba revised 2017's economic growth GDP which is now standing at 0.7 percent. He said that only economic growth will help reduce poverty, unemployment and inequality, this in which can be achieved through the National Development Plan. Joining us is the Minister of Finance Malusi Gigaba.
