Nigeria Relaxes More COVID-19 Rules

The government has extended phase two of the eased lockdown by another four weeks with effect from June 30, 2020 to 12am July 27, 2020. The ban on interstate travel has also been lifted but can only be undertaken outside curfew hours -which runs from 8pm to 6am - with effect from July 1 2020, while the reopening of schools will, in the meantime, be for senior learners who are graduating. The first phase of the relaxed lockdown ended on June 1, 2020 and the second phase began on June 2 to June 29, 2020.
