DR Congo Opposition Leader Pushes for Early Elections

Opposition leader Martin Fayulu, who ran in the 2018 presidential election, has written to the African Union proposing two solutions to end the electoral situation in the country, one being that the continental body oversees a vote recount in Kinshasa, the other demanding an early election. Meanwhile, the Tshisekedi administration is moving closer to the United States.
