Israel's Deputy Foreign Minister - Daniel Ayalon has officially opened a new trauma centre at Mulago hospital that will handle life threatening emergencies. Ayalon says the construction is a continuation of the continued strong ties between the Ugandan and Israeli Governments. The inauguration was attended by the Minister of Health - Dr Christine Ondoa along with other high profile Ministry officials.
