SASSA Made Its Deadline to File Papers in the Constitutional Court

Social Security agency, SASSA, has made its deadline to file papers in the Constitutional Court. This in response to the Chief Justice's questions last week on its social grants contract with Cash Pay Master' Services. The chief justice asked questions ranging from when the organisation decided to change tack and whether there was a new contract in place.
