Implementation of the National Health Insurance - Aaron Motsoaledi

Health Minister Aaron Motsoaledi says that the implementation of the National Health Insurance will require a radical restructuring of the health system. The minister unveiled the NHI policy document in Pretoria today. Minister Motsoaledi says that in the current environment, the government will not be able to implement NHI.
